Dark Matter Comedy

Shawn Jay is a stand-up comedian and wandering vagabond philosopher who has toured all over Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe, including a full run at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival where he premiered his solo show ‘A Fun Guide to Nihilism’. Now a regular on the European circuit, performing in 50+ cities last year alone, he was recently support act for Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Jordan Brookes. His unique brand of thought-provoking humour swings from silly to surreal, tickling your funny bones as well as fingering your brain.

You will also be able to join in with the game “Trash or Treasure”, where audience members write down the thing they hate more in life, and the comedians decide live on stage whether you are right or wrong. A free drink for the winner!

The show is entirely in English. Participation and sharing is encouraged, but by no means mandatory. Buy early to save on the door price. Students please bring ID. Start time is 19:30 sharp and finish around 21:00.
