🏆 Ms. Ei Hnin Hlaing is a Young Professional Officer at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). Based in the FAO Liaison Office in Geneva, Ei Hnin works on promoting the topic of agrifood systems in discussions in Geneva around climate change, biodiversity, and pollution. She is also seconded part-time at the Risk-Informed Early Action Partnership (REAP) Secretariat, hosted by the IFRC, and supports FAO engagement in global initiatives on early warnings and anticipatory action. Previously, Ei Hnin worked at the Partnership for Action on Green Economy, hosted by UNEP. She holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management, with a focus on the economics of climate change.
