Join students and professionals from International Geneva to discuss this month’s theme: the link between SDG’s and indigenous communities. Why should indigenous communities be at the center of our focus concerning the SDG’s ? How the pursuit of the SDG’s could be detrimental to them ? But also how can their knowledge be utilized in order to inspire new solutions ?

Dhir Rishabh, graduated from the Graduate Institute with a phd in Philosophy in 2014 addressing the developmental and environmental issues in India through a research with nomadic communities. He then went to work for the ILO as a consultant before moving to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). In 2016 he returned to the ILO’s and joined the Gender, Equality and Diversity Branch first as a technical officer and then as a research officer.
